Management was responsive but the place needs a few things to make it 5 stars. #1 on the list, TV's in every room are not a luxury, they really are a necessity, especially when you have kids. The management company brought over 1 TV which was very nice of them to do. We were told that there was no place to put the TV's, but they should have been hanging on the walls in every room (including the office/den which had a nice couch, but nobody used it because there was no TV). I would also replace the key lockbox with a keypad where you can change the code for new guests, those keys were annoying & doesn't make me feel really safe. All in all these are nitpicking to help them to make it more rental friendly in the future. We rent places in St. Augustine very often as we have family there that we visit all the time, we liked the place & would absolutely stay there again." (8/5)
