With elegant laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet!), light neutral décor, and soaring ceilings, the space feels bright, open, and welcoming.
The fully equipped kitchen features ample cabinet and counter space, an eat-in breakfast nook, and a separate dining room—offering plenty of seating for family meals. A dedicated office or den with a queen-size sofa sleeper provides the perfect flex space for remote work or an extra guest, making it ideal for "flexcations" or quiet downtime with a good book.
Enjoy Florida’s beautiful climate on the large screened lanai with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area—great for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. The split floor plan offers privacy, with the spacious owner’s suite tucked at the rear and two additional bedrooms at the front.
Stay connected and entertained with a 70" and 38" Smart TV, both equipped with Roku (guests may log in with their own streaming accounts). The home also features a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, no stairs for easy accessibility, and a beautiful updated walk-in shower with a rain head for luxurious showering. Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a month while we looked for a home to buy in the area. Our family loved the area, home, outdoor seating, and pool that’s right next door! Our kids didn’t want to leave. Even though we were only there for a month, we made lots of great memories together! We would definitely recommend the home! 🩷
Nice property in a nice location. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet & very pet friendly. Located right near the pool & not far from the entrance to the development. Management was responsive but the place needs a few things to make it 5 stars. #1 on the list, TV's in every room are not a luxury, they really are a necessity, especially when you have kids. The management company brought over 1 TV which was very nice of them to do. We were told that there was no place to put the TV's, but they should have been hanging on the walls in every room (including the office/den which had a nice couch, but nobody used it because there was no TV). I would also replace the key lockbox with a keypad where you can change the code for new guests, those keys were annoying & doesn't make me feel really safe. All in all these are nitpicking to help them to make it more rental friendly in the future. We rent places in St. Augustine very often as we have family there that we visit all the time, we liked the place & would absolutely stay there again.
This was a great place for us. Stayed for 2months and it felt like a home. Location next to the pool was ideal for our family situation! For needing a furnished place long term (but not a short-term rental place), this was the way to go. Communication was great and booking it, they were very helpful answering questions.
