Salt water pool - jacuzzi - BBQ - walk to beach - large screened lanai

This home was beautiful and just as described in the listing. We are a family of 8 adults and we were able to make the sleeping arrangements work for us but I would recommend 6 adults or less. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay! Very easy beach access that is a 2-3 minute street walk from the home. The only thing that we encountered during our stay was one of the upstairs bedrooms would not cool down to a comfortable temperature. I contacted the Host and it was recommended to keep the blinds in the room closed but it just wasn't enough for the FL heat. (Thermostat was instructed to be set on 72). Luckily, we had brought a box fan that we put in the room to assist the AC. The kitchen supplies, utensils, pots/pans were limited and a bit dated. I would recommend an upgrade. Overall, our stay was wonderful and would recommend this place to any future vacationers.

There were six of us in our family that stayed at Marilyn's place in late July in the heat. The place was beautiful - very quiet and private. The pool and outdoor patio was a hit! The pool was large and super comfortable. The house itself was awesome with the 4 bedrooms. Everything was so neat and clean. The kitchen and living room area was large enough for us to hang out. Many thanks to Marilyn for responding so quickly to us when we had a question. I highly recommend the place.

Vacation home was great. Our property managers were great!! Location was a perfect. House cleaners were also excellent. Thank you all for being the greatest hosts ever. I did not want to leave. Thank you all for the perfect vacation!! I’m ready to go back!!
