The amazing Florida climate will make your stay even more enjoyable.
The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals at home. Though there is no washer or dryer, the sofa sleeper serves as an additional bed for accommodating up to 2 extra guests (3rd and 4th).
Relax and unwind with your Smart TV with Roku, where you can access your favorite streaming apps via your personal log-in credentials.
When you’re ready to soak up some sun, head over to the gorgeous Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard of your building.
Baby items (crib, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib) and beach chairs are available at no charge upon request with 24 business hours' notice. All items are subject to availability. $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor unit has access to two nearby elevators for your convenience.

This was a great, quiet, and relaxing place for my husband and I to retreat to for a weekend getaway! Marilyn was very helpful and responsive to our needs!
Marilyn was amazing. The first place that we had rented the AC went out however she provided us with a sub substitute room that absolutely met all of our needs. She is amazingly responsive. She helped make our 34th anniversary so special and we appreciate everything she did.
I think Marlyn should employ a property manager to walk the unit. On arrival we noted multiple issues in the unit: Coffee machine was missing the carafe; a replacement machine was provided but it was dirty. Most alarming was the finding of cockroaches in the utensil drawer, along with a chef's knife that was broken off at the handle. Needless to say, we did not do any cooking in this unit. Oven & refrigerator had crumbs and dirty, probably contributing to the insect issue. Bulbs were burned out, we could not get the TV/Roku to work, even after changing plugs in the power strip, i went out to purchase batteries for the remote in an attempt to get the system working. I was texted multiple numbers to contact for any issues, text response in the case of the coffee carafe was not handled until late in the day. Phone calls to World Golf Village real estate, were routed to VM with a response that the office is closed until Monday after the holiday. Terrible experience
